Immediately after treatment (days 1–3)
After the treatment, you can expect swelling, tenderness, and a sore feeling in the treated area. The skin may feel a bit tight and may sometimes be slightly red. This is a normal reaction in the first few days after the treatment.
First Week
Swelling and tenderness often persist during the first week. With some treatments, particularly in the double chin area, you may experience a tight or pulling sensation. For more intensive treatments, a compression bandage may be recommended temporarily. How long and how often it should be worn depends on the treated area and will be discussed with you during the consultation and after the treatment.
Weeks 2–4
Any remaining minimal swelling continues to subside during this period. The treated area usually looks calmer, but recovery is not yet complete. The skin may still feel slightly sensitive or firmer. For treatments of the double chin or jawline, the contours may already become more clearly visible, while the skin continues to heal.
Further Development of the Results
The results develop gradually in the weeks and months following treatment. As the skin continues to heal and firm up, improvements in contour and skin tightening become increasingly visible. We therefore assess the final results only after some time has passed.
