In moisturizing lips treatment, we use an ultra-soft hyaluronic acid filler that adds little to no volume. This hyaluronic acid filler contains a form of hyaluronic acid that is primarily aimed at replenishing and improving hydration and not adding extra volume, like other fillers.
Hyaluronic acid is A body's own substance that retains moisture. This creates a natural, subtle plumping effect and an improvement in hydration. Unlike regular lip fillers, with these we do not increase the volume, but improve the hydration and quality of lip skin. Ideal if you want lips to look softer and healthier without filling them out.

Here, a subtle moisturizing lip filler was used, which hydrates and softens the lip contour. This helps reduce fine lines, prevents a dry appearance and creates a fresh, natural look - without visible volume or a "stuffed" lip.
In addition, botox was placed in the overactive mouth corner muscle. This provides relaxation of the DAO muscle (Depressor Anguli Oris) - the muscle that pulls down the corners of the mouth, which can create a sullen, sad or tired appearance.

How does a moisturizing lip treatment work?
Treatment for improving dehydrated lips is easy and safe:
During the consultation at the clinic, we will discuss your needs, assess the skin condition of the lips, and recommend treatment options.
Using a fine needle and/or cannula, small amounts of the moisturizing lip filler are accurately injected Prior to this, we typically apply a local anesthetic cream, so you experience minimal pain.
The doctor clearly discusses all aftercare instructions. You will also receive these by mail after the appointment. The effect of the filler is about 9 to 12 months. You do not need to stay out of the sun after the treatment. It is important to protect your lips with an SPF50 when you go out in the sun. We have special lip protection products for this purpose. Facials or connective tissue massages are not recommended in the first week after treatment.
